CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY

THE GUARANTEE IS VALID FOR THREE (3) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

The warranty applies to original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. The warranty period is not extended when service work is performed during the warranty period, neither for the product or for the new parts. The warranty for the new parts will only be for the remainder of the original warranty. The guarantee covers function, materials and workmanship of the product at a normal use of it, provided that proper installation has taken place according to our instructions and that our advice and care instructions have been followed. Normal use means that the product is used for transport, not long-term storage of dog or dogs in the car. For a fault to be covered by the guarantee it must be an initial fault, i.e., it must have been around in the product from the beginning and thus does not include drop, shock or any other for the product, not intended physical impact.The guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or in an improperly way, been altered or cleaned with wrong method.

The warranty does not cover damages caused indirectly or as a result of the use of the product, such as damage to the interior. Primarily examines the dealer the product and decide proper action, in consultation with the manufacturer Mim Construction AB (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer) if the problem is covered by the warranty. If it is the case, either the defective product / part will be repaired or replaced with same or comparable product / part. Repair work not approved by the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty. Replaced part goes to the manufacturer. If the product/component is not for sale, an appropriate replacement will be offered. It is the manufacturer who decides what is considered an appropriate replacement. As soon anything happens, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform the dealer where the product was purchased. The issuer of the guarantee reserves the right to interpret the content of this documents. 

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: The appearance of the product if it does not affect the function. Damage to the product which are due to negligence or improper use. Modifications, amendments and changes to the product. The guarantee does not apply if the product been placed outdoors. Scratches, marks or damage caused by impacts, claws or teeth or incorrect handling
