K9 THORN Tactical harness - Cordura.

Harness made of the best and most durable materials available on the market. It was created to provide maximum protection and comfort for the dog. The skeleton of the harness is sewn on waterproof Cordura and lined with mesh for better breathability and comfort. Fasteners are Cobra buckles, a product of the renowned Austrian company Austrialpin, used for high mountain climbing and extreme sports. The product has a tensile strength of 9 kN and a loop strength of 18 kN. Body made of 7075 aluminum, pins and clamping bar made of stainless steel, clamps made of brass. For suspension by rope transport, we used D-rings with a strength of 20 kN. D-rings are also sewn into the harness for transporting the dog attached to the handler in difficult terrain. On the sides there are D-rings for attaching the belts that relieve the rear limbs in rope transport. There is also a MOLLE carrying system on the harness.

Compared to other types of tapes (polyester, polypropylene, cotton), polyamide tapes have the greatest durability, aesthetics and one of the greatest strength.

Polyamide tapes are resistant to weather conditions, the color is durable, the tape, in normal use, will not rub, fray, will not unravel, and protruding threads will not appear over time

An additional advantage is the ease of terminating the tape, which melts under the influence of heat. Considering the stiffness and thickness of the tape, this is the best type of tape end finishing.
